Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in program/project management, program delivery, business analysis, or enterprise operations management
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder influence, and executive communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
- Experience with financial coordination, budget management, and vendor management
- Advanced data manipulation, visualization, and dashboard development using Power BI
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution alignment, and capacity optimization for assigned projects
- Facilitate scope, dependency, and risk discussions and prepare leadership-ready summaries
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery
- Lead intake and prioritization efforts and implement process enhancements
- Define and monitor shared service level expectations and performance
- Coordinate financial forecasts, spend tracking, and budget activities
- Coordinate vendor intake, performance tracking, SLAs, and renewal workflows
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and metrics frameworks using Power BI
- Serve as cross-functional liaison across HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance
