Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, systems architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Strong background in embedded systems, real-time operating systems, AI/GPU/accelerated computing, or similar domains.
- Experience in safety-critical or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, automotive).
- Proven experience driving product strategy and roadmap for complex, technical products.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customers.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Familiarity with GPU scheduling, virtualization, or high-performance compute architectures (preferred).
- Background in deploying GPU capabilities in military/aerospace domains (preferred).
- Experience with platform products and ecosystem/partner integrations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI/GPU-enabled capabilities across CoreSuite and MOSA.ic AI.
- Translate market needs, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape into clear product strategy and priorities.
- Drive alignment between product, architecture, and go-to-market teams.
- Own the ecosystem strategy, including developer tools, enablement, and partner integrations.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand use cases, pain points, and deployment challenges.
- Prioritize the roadmap based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer demand.
- Ensure clear, actionable direction for engineering teams and drive execution to delivery.
- Partner with sales and marketing to define positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
