Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing product managers.
- Proven track record of setting strategy and executing on major user-facing initiatives in complex, high-scale environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive challenging, sweeping changes across groups.
- Strong systems thinking and UX judgment.
- Experience coaching a senior bench of PMs.
- Ability to foster collaborative, high-performance, and inclusive team environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Deep user empathy and a drive for simplicity.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams that own shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer, collaborative experiences, and the internal design system.
- Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability at Figma.
- Drive decisions forward by diving into technical and product details.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, data, and design.
- Hire, coach, and develop a senior bench of PMs across the group.
