Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of proven product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud security
- Technical understanding of AI/ML systems architecture including LLM agents, MCP servers, and RAG pipelines
- Ability to synthesize security research, CVEs, exploit chains, and threat intelligence reports
- Knowledge of identity security disciplines: PAM, IAM, secrets management, and workload identity
- Familiarity with NHI threat surfaces like service accounts, API keys, OAuth tokens, and machine certificates
- Experience defining product strategy in fast-moving market categories
- Experience collaborating with security research and engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with CISOs and security architects
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for BeyondTrust's AI security capabilities on Pathfinder platform
- Serve as BeyondTrust's internal AI security subject matter expert, synthesizing Phantom Labs threat research and competitive intelligence into product decisions
- Partner with the AI Coworker Security team to define, validate, and iterate on requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and agentic orchestration frameworks
- Define and maintain BeyondTrust's framework for AI workload security
- Conduct primary market research with CISOs, security architects, and IAM engineers
- Drive BeyondTrust's design partner program for AI security capabilities and recruit early customers
- Perform competitive analysis across the NHI and agentic security landscape
- Coordinate AI-related product work across the portfolio ensuring architectural consistency
- Represent BeyondTrust's AI security vision with industry analysts and at security industry events
- Support pre-sales engagements and technical questions related to AI security architecture
