Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping features in data-intensive environments.
  • Deep knowledge of the identity ecosystem, including resolution methodologies and privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of CTV and streaming advertising measurement, including audience delivery and attribution.
  • Technical and data acumen regarding data modeling, API integrations, and probabilistic matching.
  • Proven ability to influence product strategy while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business).
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior product managers (preferred).
  • Familiarity with IAB Tech Lab’s measurement and Open RTB standards (preferred).
  • Experience at a measurement, media, or adtech company (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of major product features within iSpot’s identity and measurement portfolio.
  • Serve as the product owner for capabilities that leverage data clean rooms (e.g., AMC, ADH) and identity resolution frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the identity landscape, competitive offerings, and client requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products.
  • Gather direct customer feedback to ensure needs are central to product development.
  • Use data to justify direction, prioritize investments, and track feature success via KPIs.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of clear product documentation and present to cross-functional teams.
  • Guide the development of Associate PMs and PMs on the team.
