Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of end-to-end strategy and roadmaps for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong technical fluency in integrations, APIs, data pipelines, platform architecture, and the trade-offs required to build reliable products at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities in product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and defining measurable outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.
- Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other technically complex enterprise products (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with third-party SaaS ecosystems and integration patterns such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth, and audit logs (preferred).
- Experience incorporating responsible AI capabilities into product development or product strategy (an advantage).
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for platform modernization and enterprise-readiness initiatives.
- Lead customer and stakeholder discovery to identify high-impact enterprise problems, workflows, and opportunities.
- Translate customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints into clear product requirements and shippable milestones.
- Determine how data ingestion, integrations, near-real-time processing, observability, reliability, and administrative experiences should be sequenced to maximize customer value.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to evaluate architectural approaches, resolve trade-offs, and guide complex technical initiatives.
- Lead multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, Data, and other cross-functional teams.
- Establish clear product success metrics and collaborate with analytics and data teams to measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
- Align multiple teams around priorities, dependencies, decisions, delivery risks, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate product launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and continuous product iteration.
- Champion thoughtful and responsible use of AI throughout product discovery, development, and delivery.
