Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-native products or workflows using LLMs or agents.
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-stakeholder intake processes.
- Proven experience productizing internal processes.
- Strong ability to manage prioritization under pressure and communicate decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with Go-to-Market teams is a plus.
- Strong technical judgment regarding automation and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming requests by investigating underlying problems, shaping specs, and routing to appropriate teams.
- Redesign existing business processes into productized, agentic workflows.
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle for internal surfaces, such as team command centers.
- Partner with auto-PM and auto-engineer tooling to advance self-deploying specifications.
- Collaborate with the Strategy & Ops team to transition manual processes into agentic versions.
