Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native products or workflows with LLMs or agents.
- Proven ability to ship real AI solutions independently.
- Experience productizing internal processes (nice to have).
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-stakeholder intake (nice to have).
- Experience working closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams (nice to have).
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments.
- Strong prioritization skills when managing requests from senior stakeholders.
- Ability to decompose messy human processes into automated workflows.
- Focus on product adoption metrics over feature launches.
Responsibilities
- Triage every incoming request by investigating underlying problems, shaping specs, and routing work.
- Redesign existing business processes into their productized, agentic form.
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle for internal surfaces, such as team command centers.
- Partner with auto-PM and auto-engineer tooling to enable self-deploying specs.
- Collaborate with the Strategy & Ops team to transition manual processes to agentic versions.
