Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT product management.
- At least 2 years of experience focused on AI or emerging technology products.
- Understanding of AI capabilities including summarization, classification, generation, and agentic workflows.
- Experience delivering internal AI systems, platforms, or automation workflows.
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, defects, and enhancement roadmaps.
- Strong prioritization skills for resource-constrained environments.
- Ability to influence without authority across finance, legal, and security stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience configuring AI tooling or troubleshooting platforms.
- Experience with no-code/low-code AI platforms such as Workato.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving adoption.
- Fintech or regulated industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively define enterprise AI and automation strategy, responsible AI principles, and adoption roadmaps.
- Partner with business units to identify, prioritize, and assess high-value AI and automation use cases.
- Define functional and technical requirements for internal AI/automation platforms.
- Lead the Plan and Commit process for technology requests based on ROI and operational impact.
- Oversee QA, UAT, and deployment processes to ensure successful system delivery.
- Manage vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and ongoing vendor relationships for AI tooling.
- Execute change management plans, establish AI Champion networks, and lead communities of practice.
- Design an enterprise AI metrics framework to report and improve business value.
