Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building products from 0-to-1 through commercial scale.
- Proven track record of operating in high-growth environments with significant ownership.
- Ability to use AI as an integral part of daily product workflows (e.g., prototyping, analysis, requirements).
- Strong product judgment and ability to communicate well-reasoned opinions.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving execution without established playbooks.
- Experience partnering with commercial teams like Sales and Customer Success.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics, interpret data, and design experiments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience in corporate L&D, HR tech, talent marketplaces, or staffing.
- Familiarity with product/data tools: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Figma, SQL.
- Familiarity with AI development tools: Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap, translating needs into clear priorities.
- Establish and track metrics for product effectiveness, engagement, and user satisfaction.
- Build a platform for AI talent program management, including matching, deployment, and tracking.
- Design and develop employee AI enablement experiences for enterprise teams.
- Conduct discovery with stakeholders to translate insights into requirements and shipped features.
- Partner with commercial teams on deployment models, integrations, and product strategy.
- Incorporate AI into the product development workflow to increase speed and quality.
