Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in clinical software or product management.
- Substantial experience in product management or product marketing for clinical software.
- Demonstrated success developing and leading marketing programs.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional organizations around strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market development, and commercial strategy.
- Experience working in a global organization collaborating across geographies.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate independently across sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Willingness to support global activities including product launches and trade shows.
Responsibilities
- Represent and support the global digital pathology product portfolio value proposition.
- Define and execute global marketing approaches to generate leads and support revenue growth.
- Contribute to product strategy and development throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive global expansion of image management software and AI capabilities, including partnership development.
- Lead product launches, training programs, trade shows, and commercial initiatives.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to align product and marketing activities with local growth objectives.
- Build effective communication across sales, customer service, and technical service groups.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and translate them into actionable commercial strategies.
