Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, sales, account management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in service operations and field service, ideally within the power distribution, electrical, energy, or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, electrical products, and service-based solutions.
- Demonstrated success developing customer-focused offerings and driving profitable service growth.
- Experience managing complex customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Global mindset with effective cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the U.S. advisory services portfolio, including Arc Flash Risk Assessments, Infrared Inspections, and LOTO.
- Develop portfolio strategies based on customer value, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct market, customer, competitive, technology, and regulatory analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and execute U.S. business and go-to-market plans, including business models, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
- Partner with sales, field service, and operations stakeholders to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Build relationships with key customers and executive-level decision makers to translate needs into service strategies.
- Manage complex customer projects, strategic partnerships, and M&A-related initiatives.
