Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in organizational strategy, organizational effectiveness, human capital consulting, workforce strategy, transformation, or talent management.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, workforce strategy, or enterprise capability-building initiatives.
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders across complex matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into practical talent and organizational solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable frameworks, tools, and governance models.
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
- Strong consulting orientation with the ability to diagnose organizational issues and develop pragmatic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders and People Success Partners to align organizational strategies with business priorities.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and lead organization design initiatives, including operating model evolution and role clarity.
- Develop workforce and capability strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains talent for future business needs.
- Lead organizational change initiatives associated with growth, transformation, and workforce evolution.
- Establish metrics and frameworks to assess leadership capability, workforce readiness, and talent outcomes.
- Equip People Success Partners with frameworks and tools for organizational design and change management.
- Facilitate executive discussions to align on decision rights, operating models, and change readiness.
