  • 8+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent education/experience.
  • Expert business knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional areas.
  • Advanced leadership skills with ability to gain consensus through personal influence.
  • Strong understanding of change management and process excellence principles.
  • Fluent with data-driven analysis, performance metrics, and data visualization.
  • Broad business and financial understanding applied to human capital implications.
  • Ability to think strategically, synthesize business data, and develop innovative HR solutions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and workforce diversity.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior strategic People partner to assigned executives and business leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
  • Assess and evolve the People Business Partner (PBP) operating model to elevate strategic impact and consistency.
  • Use workforce data and people insights to identify trends and risks, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner across People Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, L&D) to ensure coordinated organizational solutions.
  • Coach and influence leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent decisions.
  • Oversee the ongoing management of employee relations, compliance, retention, and performance monitoring.
