- 8+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent education/experience.
- Expert business knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional areas.
- Advanced leadership skills with ability to gain consensus through personal influence.
- Strong understanding of change management and process excellence principles.
- Fluent with data-driven analysis, performance metrics, and data visualization.
- Broad business and financial understanding applied to human capital implications.
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize business data, and develop innovative HR solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and workforce diversity.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior strategic People partner to assigned executives and business leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and performance.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
- Assess and evolve the People Business Partner (PBP) operating model to elevate strategic impact and consistency.
- Use workforce data and people insights to identify trends and risks, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner across People Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, L&D) to ensure coordinated organizational solutions.
- Coach and influence leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent decisions.
- Oversee the ongoing management of employee relations, compliance, retention, and performance monitoring.
