- Proven experience in capability development, process optimization, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong facilitation skills for governance and decision-making forums.
- Ability to influence without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Experience establishing or leading communities of practice.
- Inclusive, adaptive leadership style with strong judgment and strategic courage.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global medical capability strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead governance forums to support prioritization, decision-making, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate global rollout of medical capabilities through lead forums and communities of practice.
- Optimize core processes and identify cross-functional gaps across global, regional, and affiliate teams.
- Assess and integrate medical activities associated with newly acquired ventures.
- Execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support organizational change.
- Communicate strategic priorities, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
