Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 17+ years of progressive HR business partner experience.
  • Strong biotech or pharmaceutical business acumen.
  • Proven experience as a strategic HRBP aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and leaders across functions.
  • Exceptional listening, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate high-growth and rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced use of data and Excel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance and employment legislation.
  • Experience building HR processes and operating models is preferred.
  • Experience supporting commercialization or a first product launch is preferred.
  • Experience working in matrixed and global environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning workforce planning and people strategies with evolving business needs.
  • Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives including organizational design, leadership development, and capability building.
  • Coach leaders through growth and transformation to strengthen readiness and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies and talent pipelines aligned with commercial growth plans.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement scalable programs and ensure strong adoption.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with local and regional employment legislation.
  • Use data and analytics to diagnose workforce challenges and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects and program implementations with clear milestones and ownership.
