Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 17+ years of progressive HR business partner experience.
- Strong biotech or pharmaceutical business acumen.
- Proven experience as a strategic HRBP aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and leaders across functions.
- Exceptional listening, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to navigate high-growth and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced use of data and Excel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance and employment legislation.
- Experience building HR processes and operating models is preferred.
- Experience supporting commercialization or a first product launch is preferred.
- Experience working in matrixed and global environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning workforce planning and people strategies with evolving business needs.
- Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives including organizational design, leadership development, and capability building.
- Coach leaders through growth and transformation to strengthen readiness and employee engagement.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies and talent pipelines aligned with commercial growth plans.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement scalable programs and ensure strong adoption.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with local and regional employment legislation.
- Use data and analytics to diagnose workforce challenges and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects and program implementations with clear milestones and ownership.
