Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in architectural design.
- At least 2-3 years in a senior or project leadership role focused on Australian projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Licensed architect, or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple Australian projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience working remotely is required.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Design Manager in reviewing and tracking design process and completeness for projects.
- Review and track detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
- Create and track Design Programs and follow up on Cobild Design processes and checklists with project teams.
- Collaborate with the Design Manager, project teams, designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure delivery of quality documentation.
- Utilize virtual collaboration tools to communicate effectively with team members and clients across Australia.
- Ensure designs and documents meet standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with Australian building regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Australian architecture and remote project management.
