Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and Litify software.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist required.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Automations.
- Expertise in Flow, specifically record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and 3rd party Lightning components.
- Project management experience managing complex projects, stakeholder expectations, and scope.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced agentic flows such as Policy Agents, Damages Assistants, and Litigation Agents.
- Collaborate with sales and success teams to define Trial Objectives and tailor workflows to client needs.
- Lead the configuration of AI prompt libraries and autonomous workflows during trial phases.
- Provide technical mentorship to Sales Engineers on demo flows and product releases.
- Perform troubleshooting, end-user testing, and ongoing support to optimize trial adoption.
- Execute post-rollout workflow customizations to ensure client retention.
- Develop technical documentation and deliver training on Agentic capabilities.
