Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 7 years of progressively responsible information systems experience.
- In-depth experience supporting Epic Hospital Billing systems.
- Experience with Claims/Denials support.
- Experience with Cash Management, posting, and reconciliation solutions.
- Strong technical or project management exposure.
- Ability to develop functional requirements, risk assessments, and cost estimates.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with IT leadership and business units to develop business cases and requirements for technology solutions.
- Manage business relationships, strategy, planning, and portfolio demand.
- Coordinate project activities and provide technical direction to ensure effective delivery and compliance with design standards.
- Identify measurable outcomes for initiatives and implement processes to track project benefits.
- Mentor and coach IT staff on system workflows, functionality, and professional development.
- Create business process mappings for complex systems and workflows.
- Support risk management, communication planning, and implementation strategies for projects.
