Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in account management, relationship-based sales, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in people management, including managing managers or leading teams through other leaders.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Interest in data and quantitative problem solving.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage concurrent responsibilities.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Positive attitude and team-based mentality.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance and operations of the Clinic Purchasing Platform.
- Lead and develop two experienced managers overseeing approximately 15 customer-facing professionals.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize customer needs.
- Gather customer and market feedback to inform commercial strategy and product direction.
- Review executive-facing materials including proposals, business reviews, and strategic plans.
- Improve processes, metrics, and operating rhythms for account management and customer experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate account health, risks, and performance.
- Travel up to 25% for strategic planning sessions and executive relationship building.
