Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in HR program/project management or an HR Business Partner capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and people strategy into effective, audience-focused, and data-informed programs.
- Strong project management capabilities, including defining projects and milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling ability.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate programs and guide improvements.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and build productive relationships.
- Strong discretion and judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project and program management for key People initiatives, including annual engagement surveys, performance reviews, and quarterly check-ins.
- Partner with People Operations, Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure talent programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using employee feedback, survey results, and engagement metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute clear communication strategies for People programs in partnership with senior People leadership.
- Collaborate with Communications teams to develop executive messaging, talking points, and organization-wide communications.
- Maintain a comprehensive manager resource hub containing SOPs, toolkits, and leadership resources.
- Co-design and facilitate manager-focused programs, including roundtables and leadership development initiatives.
- Build and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, establishing milestones, KPIs, and measurement approaches.
