Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.
- PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop frameworks to manage key payor contracting initiatives.
- Monitor performance by developing KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Identify revenue opportunities and challenges within payor relations.
- Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance to develop analyses and models.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor evolving payor and demographic industry trends.
