Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, operations, or chief-of-staff-style roles, ideally at a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with a project management platform (Asana strongly preferred; ClickUp, Monday, or Wrike experience is welcome).
- Experience building workspaces, automations, and dashboards from scratch.
- Experience with Claude Code and process automation.
- Comfortable building and using AI functionality.
- Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to run meetings across teams and seniority levels.
- Comfortable being firm and enforcing processes with internal teams.
- U.S.-based and comfortable working fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Audit current work flows by interviewing department heads to map roles, responsibilities, and tasks.
- Architect the Asana workspace, including dashboards, templates, automations, and tracking systems.
- Build automations for client and employee onboarding, content workflows, and retainer management.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including timelines, dependencies, and launch plans.
- Hold stakeholders accountable to task deadlines and drive leadership cadences.
- Translate new company initiatives from idea stage to operational execution.
- Build and lead the internal project management and operations team as the agency scales.
