Job Details

7+ years of client-facing, direct project management experience.
5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Proven experience managing large clients and complex projects with executive-level interactions.
Demonstrated understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree or associate degree plus equivalent experience in a related field.
PMP, CSM, PgMP, or related project management certification.
Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Smartsheet, Jira, and OpenAir.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting deliverables and commitments.
Base-level understanding of FedRAMP, DoD, CMMC, ISO, SOC, or HITRUST compliance frameworks.
Ability to provide full-time support to US-based delivery teams.
Willingness to travel for client or internal work up to 20%.

Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for multiple concurrent initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal Coalfire delivery teams.
Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of project delivery.
Collaborate with Resource Deployment Managers to secure team members and objectives.
Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and change management in collaboration with core consultants.
Monitor and control action items, issues, conflicts, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
Develop and deliver status reports, requirements documentation, and executive-level presentations.
Lead client-facing and internal meetings, including status meetings, steering committees, and daily standups.
Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and adheres to internal methodologies.
