Requirements
- 7+ years of direct, client-facing project management experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Proven experience managing large clients and executive-level stakeholder interactions.
- Strong knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, PgMP).
- Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD, CMMC, ISO, SOC, HITRUST).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or related field.
- Ability to travel for client or internal engagements up to approximately 20%.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, OpenAir preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of multiple projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams.
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Align technology, operational, and business requirements using established methodologies.
- Proactively manage project expectations, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving them through resolution.
- Lead matrixed teams and facilitate client and internal meetings, including steering committees and executive reviews.
- Monitor project performance and provide status reporting to key stakeholders.
