Requirements
- Prior guest communications, customer service, or hospitality experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proven reliability during assigned evening and weekend hours.
- Ability to remain calm and solve problems proactively under pressure.
- Comfort working from a property knowledge base without needing constant escalation.
- Weekend coverage is non-negotiable.
- Must be available for 40 hours per week.

- Bonus: Prior short-term rental/Airbnb/VRBO experience.
- Bonus: Familiarity with PMS tools like Guesty or Hostaway.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to guest messages across text, email, and platforms like Airbnb and VRBO during assigned hours.
- Answer guest calls and provide information on cabin-specific details, check-in procedures, and local amenities.
- Coordinate after-hours maintenance by identifying issues, contacting local vendors, and updating guests.
- Escalate critical issues to the owner or daytime team with concise summaries of steps taken.
- Log all interactions and maintenance requests for the daytime team.
