Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in voice and email support.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email.
- Assist Territorial Representatives with product inquiries, order statuses, and service requests.
- Process and resolve escalated cases according to company guidelines.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the system.
- Prepare and submit customer service performance reports.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process enhancements.
