Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, or Kantata.
- Understanding of systems connectivity, including integrations, automations, permissions, and data management.
- Experience leveraging AI in daily workflows, ideally building agents or artifacts to accelerate productivity.
- Exposure to supporting tooling changes, vendor processes, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for building reports and dashboards that improve revenue team efficiency.
- Clear, inclusive communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment with strong self-prioritization.
- Alignment with company values and openness to applying transferable skills.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack.
- Maintain a consistent business rhythm for end users, including provisioning, support, and troubleshooting.
- Identify process, integration, and automation gaps, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Coordinate daily vendor management, including procurement and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective tool implementation, adoption, and reporting alignment.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools to improve productivity.
- Document workflows and troubleshooting guidance to support self-service in an all-remote environment.
- Leverage internal AI solutions to automate and streamline GTM workflows.
