Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in engagement, digital, or omnichannel strategy.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagement initiatives.
- Expertise in designing journeys, ecosystems, activation strategies, channel roles, and content frameworks.
- Strong strategic synthesis and storytelling skills to clarify complex concepts.
- Ability to influence and lead at senior client and internal levels.
- Experience operating as a senior engagement strategy lead, moving concepts through activation.
- Proven experience coaching and developing other strategy leaders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, generally up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex engagement strategy programs end-to-end, setting strategic direction and ensuring execution across teams and channels.
- Translate brand strategy into holistic engagement approaches, defining journeys, ecosystems, and channel roles.
- Make senior-level strategic decisions, prioritizing audiences and experiences based on insight and impact.
- Serve as a senior client partner, leading high-stakes discussions and providing strategic counsel.
- Partner with Brand Strategy, Creative, Media, Analytics, and Medical/Scientific leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Use behavioral and performance insights to refine strategy and optimize engagement effectiveness.
- Anticipate risks and gaps across workstreams to ensure strategic integrity.
- Mentor and guide Directors and Associate Directors to elevate strategic rigor and leadership.
