Requirements
- 10+ years of Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs, or Patient Advocacy experience.
- Experience within the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, including AI and analytics application.
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and workflows.
- Proven track record in driving technology adoption through governance and change management.
- Experience designing and leading enterprise measurement frameworks and strategic planning processes.
- Strong understanding of the global biopharmaceutical regulatory and reputational landscape.
- Ability to influence senior executives and build alignment across matrixed organizations.
- Experience with executive leadership presentations and Board-level reporting.
- Experience managing financial processes, including planning, forecasting, and budget oversight.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director to lead the annual Corporate Affairs strategic planning process (AOP, LRP).
- Manage and scale the Corporate Affairs Impact Intelligence framework across regions.
- Lead execution of the Corporate Affairs AI roadmap and oversee the AI Task Force.
- Translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Support the design and delivery of global Corporate Affairs performance reporting.
- Manage operational workstreams for key partners, including patient access programs.
- Operationalize strategic initiatives, capability builds, and change adoption across the global function.
