Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Reporting and Analytics.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Health Care Industry.
- Ability to advise senior management on reporting and analytics strategies.
- Expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and reporting design.
- Experience managing functional departments and mentoring staff.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and change management processes.
- Advanced degree in Clinical, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives, VPs, and AVPs to determine reporting and analysis needs.
- Manage functional departments, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance on financial reporting and analysis.
- Set goals and operational plans for reporting and analysis units aligned with budgets and regulatory requirements.
- Define direction for reporting design, requirements gathering, communication protocols, and change management processes.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to minimize errors and ensure report accuracy.
- Implement strategies to meet service level benchmarks for report turn-around times.
- Act as a subject matter expert on finance and analytics to advise senior management and other departments.
