Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, health informatics, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
- 5+ years of direct people-leadership experience.
- Proven success building or scaling enterprise reporting capabilities in high-growth environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with business intelligence and data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
- Experience partnering with data engineering teams on data models, pipelines, and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Ability to balance recurring reporting requirements with ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data-privacy standards.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for market and office support.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy, standards, tooling, and governance for operational and clinical reporting across all markets.
- Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards measuring market, provider, and enterprise performance.
- Establish a single source of truth for enterprise KPI definitions, logic, and naming conventions.
- Partner with Data Engineering and IT to define data-pipeline requirements and improve data quality.
- Lead reporting readiness for new-market launches, including infrastructure and KPI setup.
- Manage, coach, and develop analysts and reporting specialists to support organizational growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, dashboard adoption, and user experience.
- Ensure practices comply with HIPAA and healthcare data-privacy standards.
