Requirements
- Previous experience as a People/HR Business Partner or equivalent manager-coaching role.
- Strong working knowledge of US employment practices.
- Ability to provide supportive yet direct feedback to managers.
- Strong judgment in handling complex employee relations and risk management.
- Agility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments without fully defined processes.
- Ability to work independently within a distributed team.
- Experience investigating issues through data (engagement, performance, attrition, or workforce analytics).
- Experience with organizational change, integration, or rapid growth is a plus.
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI to streamline HR workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coach managers through performance, feedback, development, conflict, and team dynamics.
- Investigate complex people matters and performance issues by understanding context and root causes.
- Lead performance and employee relations initiatives across North America.
- Collaborate with functional HRBPs to align on team health, engagement, and talent strategy.
- Identify patterns and systemic risks using data to improve organizational processes.
- Contribute to building and scaling the new Regional HRBP model.
- Experiment with automation and AI tools to improve HR operational efficiency.
