Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience serving in HR Business Partner and HR Generalist roles.
- Experience supporting distributed teams, specifically revenue/sales departments.
- Well versed in State and Federal employment law.
- Analytically driven with the ability to work with data sets to drive insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multifaceted projects with numerous stakeholders.
- Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate findings to a wide audience.
- Proven aptitude to learn new skills and systems quickly.
- Experience with a modern HR tech stack (e.g., Rippling, Gsuite, Slack) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct skip-level meetings, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews, synthesizing insights to drive follow-up actions.
- Partner with functional leaders on performance management, promotion recommendations, and compensation reviews.
- Identify and resolve employee issues, providing guidance on documentation and best practices.
- Interpret and implement People policies, benefits programs, and development of new offerings.
- Plan and execute rewards programs, company retreats, and regional meet-ups.
- Run reporting and analytics, background checks, and project manage HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the People function by continuously improving processes, programs, and service quality.
