Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, or strategy consulting.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders in $1B+ sales organizations.
- Proficiency in sales planning, including sales coverage, segmentation, and territory planning.
- Expertise in sales compensation strategy.
- Experience executing rhythms of business, such as MBRs and QBRs.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of multiple rhythms of our operating cadence with Global Sales leaders.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and growth.
- Partner with each BP in our organization to support leadership requests and drive high impact projects.
- Manage the highest level reviews of Sales Performance, ensuring accurate data and timely deliverables.
- Provide business performance insights and facilitate decision-making.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc executive business updates.
- Drive local implementation and adoption of transformational programs and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with Strategic Sales Ops peers to execute the standard business planning playbook.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, HR, systems, marketing, and product teams.
