Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems from zero context to measurable outcome.
- Systems thinking ability to diagnose root causes in unfamiliar domains without deep prior subject-matter expertise.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, mobilizing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong prioritization and judgment to distinguish root causes from symptoms.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to establish metrics and use data for impact verification.
- High level of ownership through implementation to ensure lasting change and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own prioritized operational constraints end-to-end, moving from zero context to measurable outcomes.
- Solve problems across diverse domains including HR, Finance, Engineering, and brokerage operations.
- Measure, redesign, and build processes, automation, or governance models to resolve bottlenecks.
- Partner with functional leaders to mobilize resources and drive adoption of new operational solutions.
- Create non-linear leverage through workflow redesign, automation, org design, and strategic vendor or hiring decisions.
- Establish baselines for velocity, capacity, and friction to contribute to company-wide deep dives.
- Communicate capacity constraints honestly and escalate trade-offs to senior leadership when necessary.
