Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in complex problem solving through process and product development.
- Strong systems thinking with a focus on building scalable solutions.
- Exceptional project management and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in daily use and management of AI agents.
- Self-starter mindset comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment.
- Evidence of grit and ability to push through complex challenges.
- Ability to prioritize workstreams effectively without dropping details.
- Experience with insurance policy forms, rate and rule filings, or systems like SERFF is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product launches from kickoff to independent operation.
- Translate product strategy into technical specifications for pricing, data, and engineering.
- Build systems for underwriting and pricing experts to manage rules and judgment independently.
- Create and maintain a standardized process for changes to coverage, rules, and pricing.
- Manage and improve AI agents to automate operational tasks.
- Standardize terminology across systems and models to ensure consistency.
- Implement feedback loops from policies, claims, and deals to drive product iteration.
- Catch and resolve issues during testing before they impact customers.
