Requirements
- 10+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, or a chief of staff role.
- Proven experience partnering directly with executives at a high-growth technology company.
- Track record of building operating cadence, planning, OKR frameworks, and cross-functional execution systems.
- Fluency in technology business operating mechanics: budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and performance metrics.
- Experience evaluating and improving business systems/tools (CRM, BI, planning, and collaboration platforms).
- Demonstrated cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People/HR.
- Experience managing an operating budget and vendor portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA preferred).
- Experience in a venture-backed startup is strongly preferred.
- Analytical fluency with the ability to turn data into business decisions.
- Exceptional ability to facilitate executive decision-making and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Run the rhythm of the business, including leadership meetings, company planning, business reviews, and company offsites.
- Translate strategy into priorities, decisions, and milestones while tracking actions through closure.
- Build and run a disciplined intake and prioritization process for cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and People teams on organization design, headcount planning, and capability management.
- Assess, implement, and optimize business systems, tools, and infrastructure to support company scale.
- Manage the company OKR process and maintain performance scorecards and dashboards.
- Drive critical cross-functional programs and provide operational data-driven recommendations.
