Job Details

12+ years in CPG with a track record in commercial strategy, corporate strategy, general management, or new-business roles.
Demonstrated ownership of a new-category, new-channel, or international expansion from strategy through launch.
Fluency in the full commercialization lifecycle, including consumer insight, product development, supply, operations, pricing, and retail sell-in.
Strong financial and analytical toolkit: business-case modeling and P&L literacy.
Proven ability to lead through influence across a matrix organization.
Executive presence to partner with the President & COO, CEO, and board on capital and portfolio decisions.
Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments.
Direct experience launching internationally (Canada, Mexico, or the UK) or in adjacent snacking categories preferred.
Consulting or corporate-development background combined with hands-on operating experience preferred.

Own the multi-year growth strategy and glide path for international expansion and new categories.
Build and defend business cases, including market sizing, margin, capital requirements, and go/no-go economics.
Chair a cross-functional stage-gate process to move products from concept through scaled launch.
Orchestrate matrix partnerships across Marketing, Operations, Sales, Finance, Digital Transformation, and Business Development.
Lead go-to-market strategy, including channel, pricing, and partner selection for new entries.
Serve as interim P&L steward for emerging bets until they graduate to a dedicated general manager.
Report growth-bet health, capital allocation, and resource needs to the board and senior leadership.
