Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and growth initiatives to maximize value capture.
- Drive new business by proactively engaging target customers and converting opportunities into revenue.
- Apply digital and AI capabilities to innovate commercial operations and data-driven decision-making.
- Align growth strategy with Process Automation objectives and strategic pillars.
- Monitor and report on growth KPIs including pipeline, acquisition rates, and digital adoption.
- Collaborate with Vertical Presidents and functional leaders to execute growth initiatives.
- Lead the Growth Hub process to ensure vertical teams solve market problems effectively.
- Develop incentive structures to reward Growth Hub project teams and sales teams.
