- 1+ year of international IT recruitment experience.
- Strong headhunting skills and proactive outreach capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage candidate pools for future hiring needs.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude) and LinkedIn Recruiter AI features.
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably Workable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable with short, consistent daily reporting and process discipline.
Responsibilities
- Engage both passive and active candidates to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build clear job descriptions.
- Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche communities using Boolean search.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter AI) for sourcing, screening, and outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the full interview process.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and track activities in Workable.
