Requirements
- 3–4 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience.
- Prior experience in fast-paced tech, scale-up, or RPO/agency environments.
- Mastery of advanced Boolean search, alternative search channels, and candidate mapping.
- Proficiency with major ATS/CRM tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, or Teamtailor.
- Fluent English communication skills (C1 minimum).
- Based in the CEE or Balkans region.
- Ability to work in alignment with CET working hours.
- Data-informed mindset with experience in funnel analysis.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute proactive sourcing strategies using advanced techniques like Boolean search, X-ray, and talent mapping.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective talent, crafting personalized outreach to attract passive professionals.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define candidate personas and calibrate talent pools.
- Track funnel conversion rates, measure sourcing channel ROI, and leverage market data to guide hiring strategies.
- Identify market trends, test new sourcing channels, and contribute to standardizing best practices.
