Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across IT Project, Program, Delivery, or PMO Management.
  • Strong hands-on delivery foundations.
  • Expertise in project and program management including planning, governance, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and work with data.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Experience in process management, implementation, and ensuring adoption.
  • Ability to define and evaluate success metrics for initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect initiatives to company objectives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex PMO initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to measurable improvement.
  • Develop and evolve company-wide project, program, delivery, and governance practices.
  • Diagnose systemic delivery and management problems using data and structured analysis.
  • Translate identified problems into pragmatic solutions and implementation plans.
  • Lead selected areas of the PMO roadmap to deliver tangible business results.
  • Design governance, decision-making mechanisms, and feedback loops that add value.
  • Drive organizational change to ensure new practices are adopted and sustained.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate complex discussions and build stakeholder alignment around change.
  • Contribute to team capability development through assessments, mentoring, and training.
