Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across IT Project, Program, Delivery, or PMO Management.
- Strong hands-on delivery foundations.
- Expertise in project and program management including planning, governance, and risk management.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and work with data.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and organizational change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience in process management, implementation, and ensuring adoption.
- Ability to define and evaluate success metrics for initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect initiatives to company objectives.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own complex PMO initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to measurable improvement.
- Develop and evolve company-wide project, program, delivery, and governance practices.
- Diagnose systemic delivery and management problems using data and structured analysis.
- Translate identified problems into pragmatic solutions and implementation plans.
- Lead selected areas of the PMO roadmap to deliver tangible business results.
- Design governance, decision-making mechanisms, and feedback loops that add value.
- Drive organizational change to ensure new practices are adopted and sustained.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate complex discussions and build stakeholder alignment around change.
- Contribute to team capability development through assessments, mentoring, and training.
