Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, and digital agency operations.
- Proven experience in Shopify or eCommerce environments.
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows.
- Strong QA and process management mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects including builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, and support engagements.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, and delivery quality.
- Manage Asana boards, project schedules, risk logs, and change requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading recurring review calls and roadmap discussions.
- Allocate tasks across designers and developers while conducting QA reviews.
- Support junior team members through mentorship and process guidance.
- Help improve SOPs, workflows, and internal documentation.
