Requirements
- Proven experience as a project manager in the localization industry.
- Direct experience delivering programs for a game publisher or games customer.
- Hands-on experience managing transcreation, subtitling, DTP, and video production workflows.
- Working knowledge of AEM, Workfront, and Jira (or comparable management tools).
- Practical experience with AI localization tools and translation memory/terminology management.
- Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting.
- Experience managing high-volume, high-stakes customer accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to manage budget tracking and vendor/linguist performance.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of localization projects including scoping, resourcing, budget tracking, and final delivery.
- Manage transcreation and marketing localization workflows to ensure cultural nuance.
- Coordinate video and audio localization assets, including subtitling, voiceover, and QC.
- Oversee DTP workflows to maintain layout fidelity for marketing and packaging materials.
- Conduct thorough linguistic and functional QC, documenting findings to improve style guides and glossaries.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day customer contact for delivery, risk management, and status reporting.
- Manage content intake and review cycles in coordination with customer teams.
- Support vendor management, including the onboarding and evaluation of linguists.
