Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS, retention, or growth environments.
- Proven experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence.
- Strong background in discovery techniques: customer interviews, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation.
- Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions.
- Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product organizations.
- Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Fluent English (C1+ level).
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize a 6-12 month retention and monetization roadmap.
- Conduct structured discovery including customer interviews and behavioral analysis to diagnose adoption blockers.
- Prioritize and drive cross-functional initiatives for activation, onboarding, and expansion.
- Partner with PMM, CSM, and GTM teams to lead retention programs.
- Maintain a metric tree for retention and monetization, driving data-informed decisions.
- Identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for churn prediction and personalization.
