Requirements
- 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software, ideally including creation tools, editors, or publishing surfaces.
- Deep experience with content creation online.
- Ability to partner closely with design to drive long-term vision and visual polish.
- Data-informed decision-making and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong product judgment, prioritization, and systems thinking.
- Strong AI fluency and experience evaluating AI tools for product improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership, autonomy, and ability to influence without authority.
- Strong taste and attention to craft.
Responsibilities
- Own core publishing platform surfaces including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.
- Identify opportunities and ship products to enhance the creator experience.
- Define and drive long-term product vision and strategy in collaboration with design and engineering.
- Analyze product data to measure success and impact, ensuring alignment with go-to-market efforts.
- Incorporate AI thoughtfully into product workflows and evaluations.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams.
