  • Set a clear product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap for email creation, landing pages, forms, newsletter sites, and related publishing experiences.
  • Use customer research, quantitative analysis, product data, and business context to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure outcomes.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering and Design to build scalable, fast, flexible, visually polished, and intuitive product experiences.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Data, Success, Sales, and other functions to align product development with customer needs and go-to-market priorities.
  • Establish effective product rituals, communicate progress toward goals, and build organizational understanding around the strategy and direction of the product area.
  • Lead major initiatives from conception through successful launch, balancing immediate customer value with long-term platform foundations.
  • Explore and evaluate AI capabilities, incorporating AI thoughtfully into both product development workflows and customer-facing experiences where it can create meaningful value.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of online content creation and publishing trends to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while influencing stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
