Requirements
- Proven product management experience shipping impactful software products.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on builder mindset with ability to prototype and iterate quickly.
- Excellent product and UX judgment for creating intuitive, polished technical products.
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, authentication, data flows, and system constraints.
- Strong product discovery skills with ability to validate assumptions and uncover user needs.
- Data fluency to define metrics, investigate funnels, and combine quantitative evidence with intuition.
- Experience with AI-native product thinking and modern AI tools.
- Experience building products for technical users or developer platforms (nice-to-have).
- Background in integration ecosystems or third-party API products (nice-to-have).
- Experience working with open-source communities or developer ecosystems (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and model evaluation (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve high-leverage problems across the workflow-building journey to improve usability, performance, and reliability.
- Transform technically complex capabilities into polished, intuitive product experiences.
- Reduce friction for first-time users while ensuring flexibility for advanced production use cases.
- Define product experiences for integrations, credentials, data, and emerging standards like MCP.
- Drive product outcomes through discovery, quantitative data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
