Requirements
- Associates degree in technical discipline or at least 10 years of technical management experience in HVAC.
- Proven expertise on LG HVAC products, controls, and systems.
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex electronic and refrigerant flow systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce case management and KPIs.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the work schedule.
- Knowledge of specialized tools such as oscilloscopes, frequency counters, and thermal imaging equipment.
- Strong communication skills for conveying highly advanced technical concepts.
- HVAC industry-related certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage diagnostic support to all LG technical support personnel on assigned products.
- Provide resolution support for complex equipment and failures with a focus on hydronics.
- Create and facilitate advanced product training for technical and field support personnel.
- Deploy on short notice to resolve comprehensive HVAC service or performance problems.
- Analyze field quality trends using part sales, warranty metrics, and service case data.
- Manage LEAD cases and ensure maintenance of KPI metrics.
- Organize and create technical bulletins for market distribution.
- Consult with engineers and contractors for project layouts and on-site support.
